Kingwood, Texas
Insperity, a leading provider of HR and business performance solutions, has recognized the importance of communication across its growing network of offices. With rapid expansion and a workforce spread across the U.S., the company knew it needed to modernize its audiovisual (AV) infrastructure at the Kingwood, Texas headquarters.
The campus spans five buildings and includes executive suites, training centers, and open office environments. As the company grew, so did the complexity of its AV needs. Ford AV stepped in as a trusted partner to guide Insperity through a long-term transformation.
“Their primary focus from the start was ensuring reliable service and support for their existing facility. What began with upgrades to their first building soon grew into a comprehensive AV integration spanning their entire corporate campus.”
— Doug Hill, Account Manager at Ford AV

The multi-year partnership between Ford AV and Insperity resulted in a deeply integrated, scalable AV ecosystem designed to meet the needs of a fast-moving organization. One of the most notable aspects of the project was the emphasis on standardization in meeting rooms and remote service centers in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. They standardized using Zoom Rooms and selected the Mac Mini as their go-to platform. It gives a consistent experience, which is important for leadership and staff moving between locations.
Ford AV implemented a comprehensive AV integration plan tailored to Insperity’s needs:
Executive Boardroom
Installation of a 10-foot direct-view 0.9mm LED display, three robotic 4K auto-tracking cameras, web conferencing functionality, individual table microphones, a Voice Lift system, and integrated control to support high-level meetings.
Sound Masking System
Given Insperity’s heavy reliance on cubicle workspaces, Ford AV integrated a sound masking system to enhance speech privacy and reduce distractions in open office environments.

Training & Meeting Rooms
Four combinable rooms equipped with 12-foot video walls, 4K robotic cameras, web-conferencing capabilities, ceiling-mounted microphone arrays, and an integrated control system. A master control room enables recording, broadcasting, and streaming.
Technology Standardization
To ensure consistency across locations, Insperity standardized Zoom Rooms using Mac Mini as the platform of choice. Direct-view LED walls became the standard for larger training spaces.
Broadcast Studio
A professional-grade studio featuring a UniSee video wall, multiple 4K cameras, teleprompters, wireless microphones with interruptible foldback (IFB) systems, a video switcher, production intercom, and advanced lighting. This studio is used primarily for corporate training and marketing productions.
The implementation of these advanced AV systems has significantly enhanced Insperity’s ability to collaborate, communicate, and train employees across its corporate network.
Support Beyond the Installation
More than just technology, what sets this project apart is the ongoing support. Ford AV has two full-time technicians embedded at Insperity’s headquarters, acting as an extension of their own team.
This level of trust and partnership is exactly what Ford AV aims to build with every client.

“They know and trust Ford AV is looking out for their best interests. It’s not about pushing the latest gear—it’s about what’s going to work best for them now and five years from now. That’s why they’ve come to rely on us as a valued partner.”
