Ford AV completed a large-scale audiovisual systems integration for the expansion of Deloitte University, a premier corporate education campus. The expansion included four new buildings featuring classrooms, meeting spaces, ballrooms, event venues, and guest accommodations.
The project required a fully unified AV ecosystem capable of supporting education, large-scale corporate events, video conferencing, and hospitality operations within a high-end, multi-building environment. Ford AV was responsible for delivering and integrating AV and control systems across all new facilities.
AV Technology Deployment for Classrooms, Ballrooms, and Corporate Event Spaces
The Deloitte University expansion required a range of integrated technologies, including interactive classrooms, large divisible ballrooms, and collaborative meeting environments. Ford AV implemented Cisco-based conferencing and collaboration systems throughout meeting rooms and classroom environments. The systems are supported by Biamp distributed audio systems for consistent coverage and improved speech intelligibility.
In the ballrooms, Ford AV deployed high-performance projection and control systems featuring Christie projection technology and Analog Way video switching. These systems support large-scale presentations, live events, and hybrid corporate programming with broadcast-level reliability.
Combinable classroom spaces use Cisco collaboration systems, 98-inch Planar interactive displays, and Christie projection systems. These solutions offer flexible room configurations for both small group learning and large lecture-style sessions. Across the campus, interactive Planar wayfinding touchscreens support navigation and improve guest experience throughout the multi-building environment.
Large-Scale Ballroom AV Systems Commissioning and Projection Infrastructure Deployment
A defining milestone of the project was the installation and commissioning of 19 large-format projection screens, each measuring approximately 27 feet wide, across the ballroom and junior ballroom spaces. Ford AV integrated high-lumen Christie projection systems to support these large-scale displays, ensuring brightness, clarity, and visual impact.

In addition to projection infrastructure, the ballrooms use signal distribution systems and control platforms to create fully integrated event production.
