When Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa expanded into their new headquarters, they required a technology partner capable of managing a complex, multi-system deployment. Ford AV served as the Design-Build contractor, engineering a unified solution that integrated professional AV, digital signage, and a complete IT and security infrastructure. Our team designed and installed advanced training rooms, along with facility-wide digital signage to keep staff and volunteers informed.

Ford AV built the AV infrastructure for The Gathering Place, the largest public park gift in U.S. history, integrating a 165″ Great Hall projection screen, 31 custom outdoor rock speakers along the Arkansas River waterfront, outdoor digital displays, and a custom projector lift in the Boathouse. We delivered large-venue AV for the BOK Center, wiring the arena’s distributed sound, video, digital signage, and control room for everything from major concerts to championship sporting events.
We upgraded The Summit Club through its complete renovation, and equipped Langston University’s Tulsa Allied Health facility with modern AV across its classrooms and simulation spaces. We also helped Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa bring their new headquarters to life — serving as Design-Build contractor for a unified AV, digital signage, CCTV, access control, and IT network system.
