by cancer, and over the years, Ford AV has lost
many cherished team members to this disease.
Our collective experiences compel us to act.
Through our annual Swing for the Cure Memorial Golf Classic,
we raise essential funds that directly support early detection, lifesaving research, mobile clinics, patient outreach, and
treatment at OU Health – Stephenson Cancer Center.

Registration Levels
Golf Participant
$125/person (Four-Person Scramble)
Includes:

Dinner Only Attendee
$30/person
Cost for banquet dinner only. This does not include entry to the golf tournament.

Registration and Warm Up – 10:00AM-11:30AM
Shotgun Start – 12:00PM

Golf Registration Includes
The $125 golf entry fee includes: range balls, cart fee, green fee, two drink tickets and dinner.
Awards Banquet and Dinner
After the tournament, everyone is invited to attend the awards dinner with fellow industry professionals. The dinner will be catered and is included in the tournament entry fee. Anyone not playing can attend the dinner for $30 per person.
Club Rentals
Each player is required to have his/her own golf bag and set of clubs. You can reserve clubs ahead of time by contacting the Golf Course club house. Please indicate if you will need rentals, specify whether you are left-handed or right-handed, and confirm that you are playing in the Ford AV Memorial Golf Classic.
Golf Format
Four-Person Scramble – you will be assigned to a four-person team based on your handicap or average score.
Shotgun Start
In order to complete play in a timely manner, all teams will have a different starting and ending spot. For example, teams that start on Hole #1 will end on Hole #18 and teams that start on Hole #2 will end on Hole #1.
Scramble Format
Each team member will hit their tee shot. Then, the team will select the “best ball” and continue play. This will continue until the ball is in the hole. Stroke play counts the number of times the team hits the ball.
Refreshments
Each participant will receive two drink coupons to be used for a non-alcoholic beverage during the tournament. Remember to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

Raffle tickets will be sold to all participants and dinner attendees with a minimum of four. The drawing will take place at the awards dinner.
Mulligans
Mulligans are available to all golf participants and gives a player a second chance to redo their swing.
