Ford AV employs a full time staff of job site installation technicians. Each Ford AV Division office is staffed with engineering, project management, and job site installation personnel. Unlike some integrators and contractors, Ford AV rarely hires part-time subcontractors to perform work on your job site.
By hiring and training a dedicated installation technical staff, Ford AV is able to control the quality of the job site installation. In addition to maintaining control of quality, each Ford AV installation crew is scheduled to meet the time constraints of each project. Ford AV project managers review each job in advance of the next week and make schedule updates as required to ensure the project is completed on time. As each project progresses toward completion, the project work schedule analyzed and personnel and installation resources are allocated to complete the project.
