The TBE is solely responsible for the integrity of the bill of materials, materials cost estimate, and preliminary labor cost including in-shop, field installation, field engineering, and travel cost estimates. The Technical Estimator works under the direction of the Bid Administrator, organizing the take-off and resulting estimates in a manner responsive to the bid forms and related documents. Prior experience with construction management and solid leadership abilities are required; high technical aptitude, keen analytical abilities, and a bachelor's degree are also preferred; knowledge of installation procedures is preferred. The successful candidate will possess advanced PC, organization, inter-personal and communication skills.
